Zumbrota was originally a New England colony and the advance scouts of the Strafford Emigration Company found a suitable location in the beautiful Zumbro Valley. Their early struggles and continued effort created a village of homes, churches and businesses surrounded by some of the richest soil on earth.

Kevin Strauss will be the presenter in this joint project with the Zumbrota Public Library.
